Please read the below terms and conditions. Requesting emergency service acknowledges you agree with the terms and conditions of emergency service.
Emergency service requests must be verified via a phone conversation with an authorized caller. You will need to provide a good contact number so we can call you. If we are unable to contact you, a technician will not be dispatched.
If emergency service is requested, the rates are billed at time and a half standard rates, minimum of two hours, and all travel time.
GateX Technologies cannot guarantee we will be able to make repairs on an emergency service call. Repairs may require parts or equipment not on the vehicle. Weather conditions also may prevent us from working on the equipment. Services such as welding are not provided for during emergence service calls. Also, services received from other vendors or utilities not under our control may prevent us from making a successful repair.
If a repair cannot be made due to the need of a part and if authorized to do so, GateX Technologies will retrieve the necessary part from our warehouse or order the part.
GateX Technologies will make all attempts to return the next day (at our standard rate) if we can acquire the necessary part or parts.
When the necessary repairs are made, the equipment will be place back into operation. Our standard guarantee is then implied.
