Contracts

Consider a maintenance contract as an extended warranty on your equipment.  For your peace of mind, GateX offers maintenance contracts custom built to fit your needs and budget.

If you value less down time and no sticker shock surprises after a service call, please ask us about one of our maintenance contracts.

We currently offer three levels of contracts.

• Silver: Two  preventive maintenance inspections a year.  This does not cover any additional labor or parts over the inspections.  We send a report with an estimate of what we found.  You authorize us to do the work.

• Gold: This is a Monday -Friday, 8AM-5PM (no weekends or holidays) maintenance contract.  This includes the Silver level coverage plus all parts and labor on any service call or preventive maintenance.*

• Platinum: This includes the Silver and Gold level coverage plus an additional preventive maintenance.*

This will all be spelled out in the contract.  Things like vandalism, vehicles hitting the gate, power surge, lightning, and malfunctions caused by zombies are not covered.
